Current A320 proficiency check record
ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency

Contract Term - 3 years (renewable)
Location - Chongqing, China


Pattern & Package
Package is made up of basic service fee, annual bonus, and housing & transportation allowance, overtime pay. All payments are net value after applicable tax in China paid by the airlines.

Every option shares the following terms:

* USD 15,400—18,000 per month basic service fee
* USD 10,000 per year international air ticket subsidies
* USD 500 per month housing and transportation allowance
* USD 8,000 per year annual bonus (1st year)
* USD 12,000 per year annual bonus (2nd year)
* USD 15,000 per year annual bonus (3rd year)
* Flight time less than 80 hours but more than 70 hours per month gets a full pay
* Training pay of 80% of full salary. Maximum 90 days.

four types of contracts available: (all amounts net)
• Option one: 3 weeks on / 1 week off plus 16 days annual leave
o $17,500 per month (80 hours per mo)
o Overtime $200/hr
• Option two: 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off with no annual leave
o $16,800 per month (80 hours per mo)
o Overtime $185/hr
• Option three: 10 days off per month plus 20 days annual off
o $15,700 per month (75 hours per mo)
o Overtime $170/hr
• Option four: 15 days on / 15days off with no annual leave
o $12,000 per month (65 hours per mo)
o Overtime $160/hr

Additional Information:

Chinese income taxes will be paid by Capital Airlines. Expat status may dramatically reduce your national tax liability. Consult your CPA for tax advice.
International Medical Insurance Coverage is optional and will cover you and your family anywhere in the world.
